To maintain our customer satisfaction of the quality of the goods and services we provide, Wardrobe & Storie accept product exchanges under the following conditions:

1. The products we accept for exchange are:
Size exchange
Color exchange
Product exchange
2. Please contact customer service via whatsapp first before making a return to ensure the availability of a replacement product
3. The product being exchanged is still in good condition and new (never used, not dirty, not washed, and not torn/damaged)
4. Product exchange will be processed after the product is received by Wardrobe & Storie
5. If there is a shipping error by Wardrobe & Storie, the shipping costs will be charge by Wardrobe & Story
6. Shipping costs for product exchange will be fully charge by the customer
7. Wardrobe & Storie can help pick-up products with the courier we specify. Please transfer the shipping fee before the package is picked up by the courier
8. Exchange does not apply to discounted products
9. Product returns will be processed within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Processing time is calculated from the time we receive the product
10. We reserve the right to refuse product returns in bad condition, used, no hang tags.
